Tim Budgen - Illustrator
For much of his life Tim Budgen has been scribbling down ideas and can usually be found with a pencil in one hand and a sketchbook in the other! He has a real passion for character design and storytelling. His illustration work has been described as ‘story telling with whimsical charm, warmth and humour’ and he’d like to think that is pretty true!
Tim lives with his wife by the sea on Hayling Island with their pets Baxter and Alfie.
