Together, the two children discover secrets not just of Mountainfell but of their leaders too; and they need huge amounts of courage to prevent the destruction of mountain and village.
Beautifully written and perfectly imagined, the story is one of not just magic but self-discovery and self-confidence, and readers will be enchanted and inspired.
